General Motors Financial offers five-, 10-year notes in three parts

New York, Feb. 25 – General Motors Financial Co. Inc. plans to price a three-part offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering includes fixed- and floating-rate notes due 2021, along with a fixed-rate tranche due 2026.

Credit Agricole, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Lloyds Securities, Mizuho Securities and Societe Generale are the joint bookrunners.

General Motors Financial is the Fort Worth-based finance subsidiary of General Motors Co.
