Moody's affirms GM Financial

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the ratings and stable outlook of General Motors Financial Co., Inc.

The action came in conjunction with Moody's rating action of same date regarding General Motors Financial's parent General Motors Co., in which the ratings of GM were affirmed with a positive outlook.
