Fitch gives ResCap notes, BBB-, BB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned BBB- and BB+ ratings to ResCap's senior notes due 2013 and subordinated note due 2009, respectively.

Concurrently, these ratings are placed on rating watch positive, the agency added.
