New Issue: Citi sells $1.75 million 8.7% contingent coupon autocalls tied to three stocks

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.75 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Feb. 19, 2021 tied to the least performing of the common stocks of General Electric Co., Johnson & Johnson and Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8.7% if each stock closes at or above its 50% threshold on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 50% trigger level, in which case the payout will be par plus the return of the worst performing stock with full exposure to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
