Montgomery, Ala., Pollution Control calls its $70 million revenue refunding GE bonds

Chicago, Dec. 22 - Montgomery Pollution Control and Solid Waste Disposal's industrial development board said it plans to redeem its $70 million of revenue refunding bonds General Electric Co. series 2005 bonds.

Montgomery Pollution will pay par plus accrued interest to the redemption date of Feb. 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent.
