New Issue: GE Capital prices $500 million 1.625% notes due 2018 at 13 bps over Treasuries

Virginia Beach, March 10 - General Electric Capital Corp. priced $500 million of 1.625% senior notes due 2018 with a spread of 13 basis points over Treasuries, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Pricing was at 99.422 to yield 1.773%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the lead manager.

The funding arm of General Electric Co. is based in Norwalk, Conn.
