New Issue: GE Capital prices $250 million 1.45% three-year notes at Treasuries plus 82 bps

New York, July 29 - General Electric Capital Corp. sold $250 million of 1.45% three-year senior notes to yield Treasuries plus 82 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Pricing was at 99.968 to yield 1.461%. There is no call option.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the bookrunner.

The funding arm of General Electric Co. is based in Norwalk, Conn.
