New York, July 7 - General Electric Capital Corp. reopened its issue of floating-rate notes due Dec. 21, 2012 that are backed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. to add $1 billion, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Aaa/AAA/) priced at 100.029 with a coupon of three-month Libor flat. The notes are non-callable.
Total issuance is $2.75 billion, including $1.75 billion in three previous issues.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. was the bookrunner.
The funding arm of General Electric Co. is based in Fairfield, Conn.
