Moody's assigns General Dynamics notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned A2 ratings to General Dynamics Corp.'s new senior unsecured notes. The new notes will be guaranteed by the company's significant subsidiaries. General Dynamics will use the proceeds to fund maturities upcoming in May, repay commercial paper and any excess for general corporate purposes.

This issuance does not affect the company's A2 senior unsecured or the negative ratings outlook.
