S&P affirms Generac Power

Standard & Poor’s said it affirmed its ratings, including its BB- corporate credit rating, on Generac Power Systems Inc. The outlook is stable.

S&P also revised its assessment of the company’s liquidity to exceptional from strong.

“Our revision of Generac’s liquidity profile assessment is based on the company’s robust liquidity sources relative to its uses. The revision has no effect on the issue-level ratings,” the agency said.
