By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Jan. 11 - Generac Power Systems Inc. has scheduled a bank meeting for 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday in Chicago to launch its proposed senior secured credit facility (Ba3/BB+), according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the lead banks on the deal.

The facility includes a revolver, a term loan A and a term loan B, with sizes not yet available, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance a revolver due in November 2012 and a term loan due in November 2013 as well as for other general corporate purposes.

Generac is a Waukesha, Wis.-based designer and manufacturer of generators and other engine-powered products.
