Moody’s: GenCorp outlook to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook of GenCorp Inc. to negative from stable and affirmed all of its ratings, including the corporate family rating of B1.

The outlook change follows increased downgrade risk as soft earnings, cash flow deficit, and debt growth over the 2014 first half drive credit metrics that are presently weak for the rating.
