Gemini Communication board to consider possible convertibles issue

Des Moines, Feb. 13 - Gemini Communication Ltd.'s board will meet on Feb. 21 to consider a possible issue of foreign currency convertible bonds or external commercial borrowings.

The offering would be made to international investors.

Gemini is a networking technology company based in Alwarpet, India.
