Gemini Air Cargo unsecured creditors committee gains three new members

Pittsburgh, July 7 - Gemini Air Cargo, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was reappointed Monday by the U.S. Trustee to add three new committee members, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The new members include Marc Terpstra of AirShop/Fast Forward Freight, Schiphol, The Netherlands; Alex Nichols of Airline Container Leasing, LLC, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and Anthony B. Quartararo of Airline Container Leasing, Easley, S.C.

The rest of the committee is comprised of Andreas Brosig of MTU Maintenance Hannover GmbH, Langenhager, Germany; Stephanie J. Greer, New York, representing MTV Maintenance Hannover GmbH; William Atchison of the Gemini Master Executive Council of the Air Line Pilots Association, Chesapeake, Va.; ALPA counsel Thomas N. Ciantra, Richard M. Seltzer and Robin H. Gise, New York; Dean Wood of Aviation Concepts, Inc., Miami; Scott A. Cannon of Midnite Express, Inglewood, Calif.; and Daniela Firnani of GB Malpensa Logistics SRL, Milano, Italy.

Gemini, a Dulles, Va.-based air cargo carrier, filed for bankruptcy on June 18. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-18173.
