GCV Services board to mull foreign currency convertible bonds issue

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 11 - GCV Services Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will consider raising funds through the issue of foreign currency convertible bonds.

The board will discuss the issue at a meeting on Sept. 20.

The company will also consider an issue of equity shares, global depositary receipts, American depositary receipts or other securities convertible to equity shares.
