GCI to repay credit facility using proceeds from $400 million notes

New York, Sept. 30 - GCI Inc. plans on retiring its existing credit facility using proceeds from a $400 million notes offering, according to a market source.

GCI is an Anchorage, Alaska-based provider of a range of communications services.
