Russia's Gazprombank plans CHF 50 million-minimum increase of 3 3/8% notes due 2015

Atlanta, July 10 - Russia's Gazprombank OAO is planning to increase its existing 3 3/8% notes due Aug. 5, 2015 (Baa3) by a minimum of CHF 50 million, a market source said.

The original CHF 350 million issue priced on July 4 at par to yield 3 3/8%, or mid-swaps plus 321.9 basis points.

BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, UBS and Gazprombank are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Gazprombank is a Moscow-based lender.
