Atlanta, April 18 - Russia's JSC Gazprom Neft priced €750 million five-year notes at par to yield 2.933%, or mid-swaps plus 215 basis points, a market source said.
The notes priced tighter than talk, set at mid-swaps plus 225 bps.
BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Gazprombank and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Regulation S-only deal.
Gazprom Neft is a Moscow-based oil producer and part of gas company OJSC Gazprom.
