Russia's Gazprom to launch roadshow for loan participation notes next week

New York, May 12 - OJSC Gazprom, via its special purpose vehicle Gaz Capital SA, will start a roadshow next week for an offering of loan participation notes (Baa3/BB-/BB), according to a market source.

The roadshow will kick off in London on Monday, then Frankfurt and Munich on Tuesday, followed by stops in Vienna and Milan on Wednesday and then wrap up in Paris, Geneva and Zurich on Thursday.

Gazprom will guarantee the notes.

ABN Amro and Credit Suisse First Boston are running the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal.

The proposed offering is under Gaz Capital's $5 billion euro medium-term note program.

Pricing is expected to take place after the completion of the roadshow.

The Moscow-based company is the world's largest natural gas producer.
