Russia's Gazprom plans roadshow for notes with three banks

Atlanta, Jan. 24 -Russia's OJSC Gazprom will market a dollar-denominated offering of Rule 144A and Regulation S notes during a roadshow from Jan. 28 to Jan. 29, a market source said Thursday.

BNP Paribas, JPMorgan and Gazprombank are arranging the marketing trip.

Gazprom is a Moscow-based global energy company.
