Atlanta, Nov. 17 - Russia's OJSC Gazprom priced a $1.6 billion two-tranche issue of notes due 2016 and 2021 (Baa1/BBB/BBB) via bookrunners BNP Paribas and JPMorgan, a market source said.
The deal included $1 billion of 4.95% notes due May 23, 2016 that priced at par to yield mid-swaps plus 375 basis points and $600 million of 5.999% notes due Jan. 23, 2021 that priced at par to yield mid-swaps plus 390 bps.
The notes were distributed under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Gazprom is a Moscow-based gas company.
