Russia's Gazprom talks five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 340-350 bps

Atlanta, Nov. 16 - Russia's OAO Gazprom talked its planned dollar-denominated offering of five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 340 basis points to 350 bps, a market source said.

Credit Agricole CIB and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the deal.

Gazprom is an energy company based in Moscow.
