Gazprom on the road in Europe with €500 million notes, upsizing anticipated

St. Louis, Sept. 8 - Russian natural gas producer and exporter OAO Gazprom was heard to be in the market with an offering of €500 million of notes with intermediate maturities via Deutsche Bank Securities and UBS Investment Bank, a market source told Prospect News.

The source added that the deal could be upsized from that amount, as it is known that the company wants to raise €1 billion.

The deal will be on the road in Europe and in Asia from Sept. 10-15, the source said.
