New Issue: Gazinvest Finance BV 150 million euros two-year notes yield 9¾%

St. Louis, Mo., Dec. 7 - Gazinvest Finance BV priced an offering of €150 million senior notes due Dec. 22, 2003 (Ba3) at par to yield 9¾%, according to a high yield market source.
Deutsche Banc. Alex Brown was the underwriter.
The notes are guaranteed by the Bank of Gas Industry (Gazprombank), the source added.
