New Issue: Russia’s Gazprom prices €750 million 2¼% seven-year loan participation notes at par

New York, Nov. 16 – Russia’s PJSC Gazprom, through a special purpose vehicle Gaz Capital SA, priced €750 million 2¼% seven-year loan participation notes at par on Wednesday, according to a company news release.

Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, GPB Financial Services Hong Kong Ltd., UniCredit Bank AG, and VTB Capital plc were the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to finance a loan to PJSC Gazprom, which will use the loan for general corporate purposes.

The energy company is based in Moscow.
