India's Gayatri Projects board OKs Rs. 750 million promissory notes

Knoxville, Tenn., July 11 - Gayatri Projects Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved plans to issue Rs. 750 million of promissory notes at a meeting on Saturday.

Gayatri Projects is a Hyderabad, India-based construction firm that works on national infrastructure projects.
