GATX to price offering of senior notes via three bookrunners

Los Angeles, May 1 – GATX Corp. plans to price fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will feature a make-whole call option, followed by a par call option.
BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners.
U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
Mayer Brown LLP will act as counsel for the issuer. Winston & Strawn LLP will act as counsel for the underwriters.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The railcar leasing company is based in Chicago.
