Gateway Distriparks approves Rs. 2.5 billion convertible securities

Knoxville, Tenn., July 26 - Gateway Distriparks Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved a proposal to issue up to Rs. 2.5 billion in convertible securities at a board of directors meeting on July 26.

New Delhi-based Gateway is a container, rail and cold chain logistics company.
