Moody's: Gate Gourmet outlook stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for Gate Gourmet Borrower LLC to stable from negative.

The action reflects better results for fiscal year-end 2009 than expected, according to the agency.

For the year ended December 2009, Gate reported a debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 4.7x.
