Peru's Calidda launches $320 million 10-year notes at 4 3/8% yield

Atlanta, March 21 - Peru's Gas Natural de Lima y Callao SA (Calidda) launched a $320 million issue of 10-year notes with a 4 3/8% yield, a market source said.

The notes were initially talked at a yield in the high-4% area.

Citigroup and Santander are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Calidda is a gas producer based in Lima, Peru.
