GasLog plans senior bond issue, taps DNB, Nordea, SEB as lead managers

Madison, Wis., April 24 - GasLog Ltd. said it is considering an issuance of senior bonds in the Norwegian bond market.

DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and SEB have been appointed as joint lead managers of the planned issuance.

The company said it intends to list the bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange as soon as possible.

GasLog is an owner, operator and manager of liquefied natural gas carriers based in Monaco.
