Garlock plan disclosure statement hearing set to take place Dec. 12

New York, Oct. 23 – Garlock Sealing Technologies LLC’s disclosure statement hearing has been rescheduled for Dec. 12, according to an Oct. 22 order from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina.

As previously reported, the hearing was set to take place Oct. 22 but was adjourned without a new date.

This is the third time the hearing has been rescheduled.

Garlock is a subsidiary of Charlotte, N.C.-based EnPro Industries Inc., which makes sealing products, bearings, compressors and engines. Garlock filed for bankruptcy on June 5, 2010, and its Chapter 11 case number is 10-31607.
