Garden Fresh Restaurant sees $651,327 of EBITDA for November

Pittsburgh, Dec. 29 – Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. reported $651,327 of EBITDA for November on $19.8 million in total sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Dec. 28 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The company posted $276,700 of operating income and $944,705 of net income for the month.
In addition, Garden Fresh had $8.1 million in cash as of Nov. 30.
Based in San Diego, Calif., Garden Fresh operates 128 restaurants in 15 states under two brand names: Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes. The company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 3 under Chapter 11 case number 16-12174.
