Ganesh Polytex approves convertibles sale to Green India Venture Fund

Knoxville, Tenn., March 10 - Ganesh Polytex Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue Rs. 1.5 million of optionally convertible debentures to Green India Venture Fund at an extraordinary general meeting on March 7.

Based in Uttar Pradesh, India, Ganesh Polytex is a manufacturer of polyester staple fiber and textured or twisted grey and dyed yarn.
