Ganesh Polytex to consider issuing convertible securities at meeting

Knoxville, Tenn., March 22 - Ganesh Polytex Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue convertible securities at a board of directors meeting on March 25.

Based in Uttar Pradesh, India, Ganesh Polytex is a manufacturer of polyester staple fiber and textured or twisted grey and dyed yarn.
