Ganesh Benzoplast to consider equity-linked instruments at meeting

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 23 - Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will vote on plans to issue equity-linked instruments at a board of directors meeting on Nov. 26.

The company also is considering equity shares.

Mumbai, India-based Ganesh Benzoplast is a chemical company.
