Madison, Wis., Jan. 26 – Singapore’s Gallant Venture Ltd. said it plans to issue S$75 million of 7% notes on Feb. 2.
The 2˝-year notes are priced at par.
DBS Bank Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank and UBS AG, Singapore Branch are the joint lead managers and bookrunners.
The notes will be issued under the company’s $500 million euro medium-term note program established on Nov. 15, 2013.
Proceeds will be used to partially finance existing term loans.
The investment holding company is based in Singapore.
