Singapore’s Gallant Venture adds dealer for $500 million euro MTNs

By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., Jan. 20 – Gallant Venture Ltd. updated its $500 million euro medium-term note program on Monday, according to a company announcement.

DBS Bank Ltd. is still the arranger of the program and a dealer alongside CIMB Bank Bhd., but Standard Chartered Bank is now also a dealer for the Regulation S notes.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing investments and repaying borrowings.

The Singapore investment holding company originally established the MTN program on Nov. 15, 2013.
