Galaxy Energy reports $245,905 April operating loss

Pittsburgh, May 16 - Galaxy Energy Corp. reported a $245,905 April operating loss on zero revenues, according to a monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

The net loss for the month was $1.37 million.

Cash on April 30 was $454,791.

Galaxy, a Denver-based independent oil and gas company, filed for bankruptcy on March 14. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-13164.
