Indonesia's Gajah Tunggal talks $250 million five-year notes at 10 3/8% area

St. Louis, July 8 - Indonesian tire-maker Gajah Tunggal Tbk talked its $250 million offering of five-year bonds (B2/B) at the 10 3/8% area on Friday, according to a market source.

The notes, which will be issued by the company's GT 2005 Bonds BV financing subsidiary, are expected to price during the July 11 week.

Credit Suisse First Boston and UBS Investment Bank are the bookrunners for the Regulation S-only offering.

The company is headquartered in Tangerang, Indonesia.
