Indonesia’s Gajah Tunggal plans to sell at least $175 million new notes

Chicago, June 9 – PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk is planning to sell a new offering of notes (Caa1/B-) aimed to be at least $175 million to fund a tender offer, according to a notice.

Priority allocation for the new notes may be given to tendering noteholders or existing notes.

Gajah Tunggal is a synthetic rubber manufacturing company based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
