Gadzooks gets extension to Sept. 1 to file plan, to Nov. 1 to solicit votes

Washington, Aug. 13 - Gadzooks Inc. obtained the agreement of its creditors' and equity security holders' committees to extend the Dallas-based retailer's exclusivity period to Sept. 1 to file a plan of reorganization and until Nov. 1 to solicit votes for the plan, according to court documents filed Thursday.
Gadzooks filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 3 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-31486.
