Gabon intends to sell new notes to fund tender offer

Columbus, Ohio, July 25 – The Gabonese Republic has announced its intention to sell new dollar-denominated notes.

The notes will be used to fund a capped tender offer to buy notes from three series for a total purchase price of up to $450 million.

The dealer manager for the tender offer is Merrill Lynch International.
