Gabon issues talk in the 8¼% area for its benchmark dollar-denominated debut 10-year bond

New York, Dec. 4 - The Republic of Gabon released talk in the 8¼% area for its debut benchmark-sized dollar-denominated 10-year bond (BB-/BB-), according to a market source.

Citigroup and JP Morgan will act as bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

A roadshow ended on Tuesday; pricing is expected Wednesday.
