Ally Financial to price benchmark three-year senior notes on Monday

Portland, Ore., July 15 - Ally Financial Inc. plans to price a benchmark offering of three-year senior notes (B1/B+/BB-) on Monday in a transaction that is being executed on the investment-grade syndicate desk, according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to come in fixed-rate and/or floating-rate tranches of notes.

Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley are the joint bookrunners for the notes offering, which has been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ally Financial, previously known as GMAC Inc., is a financial services company headquartered in Detroit, Mich.
