Allstate to offer senior notes due 2033 via five bookrunners

Lexington, Ky., March 29 – Allstate Corp. is planning an offering of senior notes due 2033, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will feature a make-whole call followed by a par call.
BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Loop Capital Markets LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the bookrunners.
U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
Allstate will be advised by in-house counsel and by Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Mayer Brown LLP will serve as counsel for the underwriters.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including to repay its $500 million principal amount of 3.15% senior notes due 2023 at their maturity on June 15.
Allstate is a Northbrook, Ill.-based insurance company.
