Morgantown, W.Va., July 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $587,000 of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Dec. 31, 2021 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.1 times the gain.
If the index finishes flat or declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
