JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes tied to FTSE 100

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due April 26, 2018 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain up to a maximum return of at least 11.8%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Feb. 23 and settle on Feb. 28.
The Cusip number is 46646QYX7.
