New Issue: GS Finance prices $3.32 million basket market-linked notes on weighted index basket

Buffalo, N.Y., May 18 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.32 million of basket market-linked notes due May 20, 2026 linked to a weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 40% weight, the Nikkei 225 index with a 25% weight, the FTSE 100 index with a 17.5% weight, the Swiss Market index with a 10% weight and the S&P/ASX 200 index with an 7.5% weight.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 100.1% of the basket return.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent, with UBS Financial Services Inc. acting as selling agent.
