FT 3435 offers High Yield Corporate Trust, Short Intermediate units

Minneapolis, March 22 - FT 3435 is offering units of its High Yield Corporate Trust, Short Intermediate, Series 3, according to an S-6 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.

The trust seeks to distribute high current monthly income and to preserve capital by investing in a portfolio of interest-bearing corporate debt obligations.

On March 22, the initial date of deposit, $11,795,173 of contracts to purchase securities comprised the trust. The 12,273 units have an initial offering price of $995.03 and a net asset value of $961.07 each.

The estimated current return is 7.23%, and the estimated long-term return is 5.99%.

The units will each carry a maximum sales charge of 2.95%, which may be reduced depending on the investment.

The trust has a mandatory termination date of July 15, 2019.
